Ratio and billing

The logic no package could provide. The staff-to-child ratio is recalculated per group at every moment something changes: a check-in, a shift ending.

Billing turns contracts and rates into monthly invoices, with credit notes, SEPA mandates, an iDEAL pay link and the yearly data delivery to the Dutch tax office.

Rules like these have to be right, edge cases included. That is why more than 800 Pest test files sit next to the code, and PHPStan checks it at level 9.
